Your Organization as a place of Spiritual Formation

One of the most important gifts you can give your team is to deeply care about their spiritual formation. This session will cast a vision for creating and implementing a Spiritual Formation Plan for your organization so that the people who work for you are more deeply formed into the character of Christ.

In this panel discussion, you will hear from several CAFO organizations about how they are engaging spiritual formation within their teams and be challenged to consider how you might apply these ideas in your own context.
