Who Am I Now? Identity Support for System-Impacted Teens and Young Adults

For many system-impacted teens and young adults, identity feels fragmented by loss, transition, and trauma. This session will explore how foster care, adoption, and other forms of system involvement shape identity development during adolescence and emerging adulthood.

Participants will gain practical, trauma-informed strategies to help youth reclaim their story, integrate their experiences, and build a coherent, resilient sense of self.
