Mentoring That Lasts: Designing Safe, Faithful Relationships for Kids Who Have Experienced Early Adversity

This interactive workshop equips Christian leaders, mentors, and ministry staff to build safe, effective, and sustainable mentoring relationships with kids and families impacted by foster care, adoption, kinship care, and trauma. Participants will learn how to define mentoring, design a model that fits their mission, implement best practices, and support mentors for the long haul.
