Empowering Youth Led Families

Research shows that graduation-style programs can be a powerful lifeline, helping youth-led or resource-challenged families move from abject poverty toward sustainable self-sufficiency across multiple areas of life, while remaining supported by layers of community and grounded in the knowledge that they are not beyond God’s love. This session will explore one such program currently implemented by 13 organizations across Africa and India, which has helped more than 250,000 young people move out of extreme poverty.
