Economic Strengthening and Support for Emerging Adults Aging out of Care

We all know that children aging out of care face tremendous risks—homelessness, lack of healthcare, unemployment—and often experience higher rates of poverty, addiction, and self-harm compared to the general population of 18–21-year-olds. Economic strengthening and support for these individuals are a vital part of a healthy transition into adult life.
