This workshop provides mentors and youth with a practical framework for training in developing resiliency. The United States Air Force has created the 'Four Pillars of Resiliency' as part of their comprehensive Airman Fitness program. The four pillars are physical, social, mental, and spiritual. This workshop will explain how mentors can help youth develop the disciplines to enable them to grow more resilient by setting goals using the four pillars of resiliency as a foundation. Participants will have access to a free workbook that will help mentors and youth identify the good and bad habits that exist within each of the pillars. The training focuses on building good habits in physical, social, mental, and spiritual aspects. This training has helped youth in residential group homes and mentoring programs to set and attain goals that enable them to thrive.
