Together, we'll explore how parents can build character, identity, faith, and wisdom in their children and teens from different racial backgrounds. We'll examine ways to help our children prepare for the unique gifts and challenges they may encounter due to visible differences, nurture positive connections to their community and/or family of origin, and foster confidence in their unique traits (including their race), while also helping them find a bedrock sense of belonging in their family and, most importantly, in their identity as a beloved child of God.
